Learning & Development Associates Ltd are running two free to attend ‘taster’ sessions of their courses in Leading Innovation in the Water & Environmental Industries on two dates in February;

• Friday 4th February 10am-12pm and repeating on
• Friday 11th February 10am-12pm.

Innovation plays a key role in ensuring organisations are equipped to cope with external factors such as adapting to climate change and facing ever expanding environmental issues. L&DA have developed several separate innovation interventions covering Water Networks, Wastewater Networks, Water Production and Wastewater Treatment to ensure our course offerings are relevant to the sectors and individual’s needs.

The taster session will summarise the purpose of innovation, get the individual to think about how their personal skills and behaviours can promote innovation and apply these principles to their own role.
