The Level 5 Certificate in the Management of Water Networks
We have recently completed the Pro-Qual Level 5 Management of Water Networks course offered by L&DA and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The course was meticulously designed, covering all essential aspects of Water Network management, from system design and operation to maintenance and sustainability.
Overall, this course has significantly enhanced our teams understanding of Water Networks management and equipped them with the skills needed to excel in this field.

The Level 5 Award in Developer Services Management in the Water and Environmental Industries
We were very excited to liaise with L&DA whilst building the programme from scratch and now to see the immense impact it has already had on our learners only confirms the value of the training.

The Level 5 Certificate in Managing Developer Services for the Water and Environmental Industries
We have worked with Learning and Development Associates (L&DA) as our training and development partner over the last twelve months for specialist, technical training in the field of Developer Services Management.
Through discussions with L&DA, we contextualised the existing Level 5 DSM award qualification to suit the needs of Anglian Water for the delivery of a training programme comprising of a series of 3 workshops to 11 candidates.
We have found that L&DA take time to listen to our requirements fully, research Anglian Water policies, and deliver the training clearly, involving all of the learners who following the training go forward to take the Level 5 qualification. Feedback from the learners has been very positive, with all attendees feeling that they gained confidence from the experience. To date we have successfully qualified 10 members of the group and a number of those learners have gone on the take the L5 DSM certificate.
