The L&DA Knowledge Assessment Tool (KAT ®) is aimed at the measurement of knowledge competence in the water industry. All assessments are conducted online in an invigilated classroom environment. There are currently KAT ® pathways in Water Production, Water Networks, Wastewater Networks, Wastewater Treatment, Water Efficiency and Developer Services.
All KAT® assessments are available at both Level 3 equivalent and Level 5 equivalent. The assessments address the knowledge competence requirements of the water industry and can be deployed as an aid to training needs analysis (TNA), within training courses and interventions or as stand-alone assessments. The outputs of KAT ® assessments provide competency analysis for HR professionals and senior managers.
