From Habit to Hero
As part of our ongoing commitment to advancing water efficiency across the UK, Learning & Development Associates is pleased to support Water Night 2025, taking place on 23 October. This year’s international campaign, hosted in the UK by Waterwise, carries the theme “From Habit to Hero”.
What is Water Night?
Water Night is a global movement designed to encourage individuals, organisations, and communities to pause, pledge, and act on their water use. It’s about turning simple, sustainable habits into heroic change.
Why does it matter?
The challenge of managing water demand is intensifying — climate change, population growth, and ageing infrastructure all increase the pressure on resources. Collective behaviour change is a powerful lever. Even small reductions per household or business add up to meaningful savings at scale.
As a sector, we have the technical knowhow — combined with education and engagement, we can embed everyday water efficiency culture across the UK.
How can I get involved?
- Make a pledge — Commit to simple water-saving actions during Water Night (and beyond) via the Waterwise pledge page.
- Spread the word — Download campaign banners and share across your networks to boost participation and awareness.
